People with Disabilities ACT (PWD ACT) is currently undertaking an organisation review to assist it in planning for the future and ensure that PWD ACT can effectively reflect the views and advocate on behalf of the communities it aims to represent. We are keen to hear your views and experiences to inform this process.
As part of this, you are invited to complete an online survey that can be accessed via the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/KH9SKCP.This survey should take about ten minutes to complete and provides an opportunity to reflect on why you are involved in the organisation, and where we should focus our work. It would be great if you were able to complete the survey by Friday 19 October 2018.
We would also like to invite you to a membership forum that will provide the opportunity to share your thoughts on this issue on Thursday 1 November, 11 am until 12:30 pm. This session will be held in the large meeting room at the SHOUT building in the Pearce Community Centre, Collett Place, Pearce. Email to admin@pwdact.org.au or call 6286 4223 to register your place.
